dissenter. The Biden-era Justice Department sought the ruling, which came three days after Trumpโs inauguration. Passed in 2021, the CTA requires small businesses to disclose ownersโ personal information to fight money laundering. Business groups and anti-regulatory advocates are pushing to delay the lawโs enforcement.
