According to Whitfield\u2019s obituary, \u201cAnnie was able to watch White Christmas with her family this past December during the holidays on the movie\u2019s 70th anniversary.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAnnie was a gifted actor, but there weren\u2019t enough trees in Los Angeles for her, so she moved \u201cup north\u201d in the 1970s from Hollywood to start over.<\/p>\n
